Our commitment to your privacy
Hunter Software Solutions respects your privacy. This policy explains how I collect, use, hold, and disclose personal information when you visit this website or contact me.
Information I collect
When you use an enquiry form, I collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, project message and, where relevant, your business name, phone number, existing website or domain, desired launch window, and selected template package. The form also uses a browser timestamp and an empty anti-spam field to detect automated submissions. Vercel hosts the site and applies rate limiting, so it processes request and network information such as an IP address for delivery and security. The HSS application does not put raw IP addresses or enquiry details in its operational logs.
How I use your information
I use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare or discuss a potential project, protect the form from abuse, maintain the website, and understand how the website is used when approved analytics is enabled. I do not sell personal information and I do not use enquiry details for advertising analytics.
How information is stored and shared
In approved production, accepted enquiries are sent through Brevo to the HSS Google mailbox. Brevo transactional logs are limited to one month and email previews are disabled in the HSS account. HSS reviews enquiry email within 12 months of the last meaningful contact and deletes it when it is no longer needed. If an enquiry becomes a client project, related business records may be retained for longer where needed to provide the service or meet legal, accounting, dispute, or security obligations. Local and preview form tests do not send an email or retain the submitted details. These providers may process information outside Australia, including in Europe and the United States.
Third-party services
Vercel provides hosting, Web Application Firewall rate limiting and, only in an explicitly approved public production mode, privacy-focused Web Analytics. Analytics is disabled in local, preview and staging environments. It does not receive enquiry fields as event properties. The location links are ordinary external links to Google Maps. Google receives the connection and request information only if you choose to follow one of those links. Each provider has its own privacy practices.
Access, correction, deletion, and complaints
You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information I hold about you. Some information may need to be retained where the law permits or requires it. If you have a privacy question or concern, email huntingsoftwaresolutions@gmail.com and I will respond as soon as reasonably possible.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy if my information-handling practices change. The current version will always be published on this page.
